A man who fractured his elderly neighbour’s skull and smashed several windows in Staines has been jailed for 5 and a half years.

56 year old Frederick Livermore was found guilty of GBH after attacking his neighbour with a hammer.

He also pleaded guilty to eight counts of criminal damage after smashing several car windscreens and windows of nearby homes.

In 2022 police were called to reports a man smashing vehicles, the neighbour tried to intervene and was attacked with a claw hammer.
