22 year old Casey Lewis Block plead guilty to a number of offense including aggravated vehicle taking causing injury.
Last year, an Audi TT was stolen in Guildford and later spotted with cloned number plates after stealing petrol from a garage.
He was also caught driving 107mph on the A3, resulting in a crash leaving the other driver with serious life-threatening injuries.
