A man has been charged with murder following the death of a 52-year-old woman in Shepherd’s Bush.
Officers were called on Tuesday evening to an address in Askew Road following reports of a stabbing.
A woman, aged 52, was pronounced dead at the scene.
She’s been named as Samantha Turner.
A second woman, aged 32, suffered non-life threatening stab injuries. She remains in hospital and continues to be assessed.
A murder investigation was launched, and a man was arrested at the scene.
48 year old Alan Dore of Askew Crescent, Shepherds Bush, was charged yesterday with murder and attempted murder.
