A man has died in a house fire in South Croydon.
Firefighters were called to Chelsham Road to reports of a blaze just before midday on Saturday.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus found a man in the home, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Six people from a neighbouring property evacuated before the Brigade arrived.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
