30 year old Rory Talbot from Wandsworth was charged with the murder of his dad, 75 year old Mark Talbot, on Saturday.
Police were called to an address in Deodar Road to reports of a stabbing in the early hours of Friday morning.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
