Sophinia Bertrand, 46, was found with fatal head injuries at a property on Tyrawley Road in the early hours of Thursday.
Forty-five-year-old Mehdi Madar, who was known to the victim, was arrested at the scene and charged.
He remains in custody and is due to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court this morning.
