29-year-old Alex Rose, from Sunbury, has been charged with two counts of murder after killing two men on Monday.
The victims were named as 21-year-old William Birchard of Colnbrook and 22-year-old Darren George of Egham.
24-year-old Tara Knaggs of Yorkshire was also charged with assisting an offender, as she remains in police custody.
Rose is due to appear at Guildford Crown Court this Tuesday.
