Police spotted a man inhaling NOS, better known as nitrous oxide, whilst riding a moped in the area.
After trying to flee, he was swiftly detained by officers, punching one in the face, who then found a knife in his waistband.
He’s been arrested for several offences including possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, of an offensive weapon and assault on an emergency worker.
