A man from Tolworth is putting a bout of gout behind him in order to run the Brighton Marathon.

51 year old Mike Flaherty is raising money for Prostate Cancer Research.

It’s the first time he has run a marathon and he’s aiming to raise £1,000 from the event in April the 7th.

He explains why he’s running for this charity in particular.
