Police arrested 26 year old Nikolay Gyaurov last July after his car was spotted driving erratically through Esher.

His car tested positive for a drugs wipe and he was found to be wearing an immigration issued ankle bracelet.

He later confirmed that the driving licence, and details on it, were false and he had already been banned from driving until 2026.

He had no insurance and had taken a policy out using a fake name.

He was jailed in September for 3 years following a guilty plea for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

He’s now pleaded guilty to possessing fraudulent identity documents with intent and driving a motor vehicle whilst over the specified drug limit.

His new 14-month term will start at the halfway point of his current sentence, which is January 2025.
