Sergiu Chiriac was found guilty of 12 offences, including rape, assault, coercive and controlling behaviour and child cruelty.
The offences happened between 2021 and 2025, with police saying the victim gradually gained the confidence to reveal more.
Chiriac was sentenced at Inner London Crown Court and will serve a further four years on licence.
