Gary Thomas’s ‘Lost Memories’ is currently touring five locations across the UK.
The screenwriter and filmmaker said the aim of the work was to provide recognition for carers who look after their own relatives.
Mr Thomas is also inviting members of the public to submit either 500 written words or a video diary, detailing their own experiences.
