20-year-old Aidan Watts admitted grievous bodily harm and has been jailed for five years and one month in prison, plus one year on licence.
The June 2025 attack left a 20-year-old victim with life-threatening injuries, while two co-accused were later convicted of affray.
They were arrested after CCTV and witness evidence showed they ambushed the victim on the platform before fleeing.
