The Jockey Club, which owns the racecourse, says it was forced to take legal action in May last year.
It’s after protesters from Animal Rising said they planned to breach security at the annual Derby.
At the time The Jockey Club was granted an interim injunction prohibiting trespass and that has been renewed for five years.
