The incident happened at a property in Pine Hill just before 7.30 on Monday night.
The homeowners were threatened before items were stolen.
It is believed that the suspects arrived at and left the address in two black cars that parked up a short distance away.
They are described as male of white, black and Asian ethnicity, wearing balaclavas and dark clothing.
