A former Surrey police officer is due to appear in court tomorrow charged with eight counts of misconduct in a public office.

28 year old Adam Davies resigned from the force in October 2021.

The offences are alleged to have been committed between January  and December 2020.

Following consultation with the IOPC, the case was referred to the Crown Prosecution Service, which authorised the charges.
