A former sub-postmistress who ran a post office in West Byfleet and who was wrongly convicted in the Horizon IT scandal has been made an OBE in the New Year Honours.

Seema Misra was sentenced to 15 months in jail in 2010 while pregnant.

She continues to campaign on behalf of the sub-postmasters and received her honour for services to justice.
