26-year-old Dennis Brown, from West Molesey, was seen driving a white BMW linked to suspected drug dealing.
He ran from officers after abandoning the car and was found with cocaine, cannabis, £500 in cash, and messages linked to drug supply.
Brown admitted drug dealing, dangerous driving and failing to stop, and was handed a 2 year prison sentence, suspended for two years.
