A driver accused of ploughing through a pedestrian crossing in Ealing and injuring five people has appeared at the Old Bailey.

Somalia-born Ahmed Timir, who’s 34, was charged with attempted murder after an incident last month.

Victims were left with injuries including broken facial bones and a broken pelvis.
