15 year old Elianne Andam was attacked with a kitchen knife in September last year and died from her injuries.
18-year-old Hassan Sentamu has previously admitted manslaughter but has pleaded not guilty to murder.
He has declined to give evidence at the Old Bailey and the trial is due to continue on January the 6th.
