Himanshu Bhatia and his wife Poona Chandna pleaded guilty to a string of offences out of their Vape & Mobile shop on King Street.
On one occasion, Bhatia sold a vape with an e-liquid capacity nine times the legal limit to a 15-year-old boy.
He admitted to five charges of supplying illegal vapes and one of underage sale at Westminster Magistrates Court.
