Joshua and Mary-Lou Brown were charged with offences of animal cruelty after a raid on their kennels two years ago in which the animals were seized.
The pair in their 30s were fined a total of £10,000 after welfare officers found the floor caked in excrement while the dogs were forced to exist on bread and McDonald’s
They each received a suspended prison sentence.
