A car tax conviction against the London mayor’s been formally withdrawn in court.

Lord Sadiq Khan’s team argued yesterday he didn’t own the 24-year-old Nissan Micra the allegations relate to, and claimed he’d been scammed.

The DVLA asked for a review.
