The incident happened last Thursday at 5pm on Pretoria Road, and is being investigated by police as a road rage incident.
The suspect was a passenger in a light blue car, possibly an Audi or a BMW, who is a white man in his 20s wearing a lime-green t-shirt.
Police are asking for witnesses who have any useful information.
