Caroline Wrixon was urged to see a doctor by her optometrist in 2020 and a CT scan revealed she had a Grade 2 atypical meningioma.

She had the tumour removed at St George’s which was
made a brain tumour centre of excellence in 2021.

Caroline, who is now under the care of The Royal Marsden, has thanked the team of medics whom she credits with “saving her life.”
