A 22 year old Just Stop Oil protester has appeared in court via video-link from Bronzefield Women’s Prison in Ashford.

Phoebe Plummer was granted bail by Judge Hales at Southwark Crown Court after being on remand for nearly 3 weeks.

She was released on the condition she is not to organise or participate in any procession or static assembly in any road within the M25.

Her trial has been set for the 17^th of February 2025.
