More than 3,300 e-bikes have been seized from the streets of Kensington and Chelsea so far this year.

The council is calling on operators to take “urgent action” despite them paying over £300,000 in removal and storage fines.

Councillors have arranged a meeting to discuss the issue with bosses which will take place “within the next month.”

They want to be given access to live data so compliance with agreed bike limits can be monitored.
