The house Gassiot Road is being advertised on Airbnb and Booking.com, exceeding London’s 90-night limit.
The council says its use in this way is reducing family housing and causing noise, disturbance and extra pressure on waste services.
The owner and tenant will be required to stop the short-term lets and return the property to residential use.
