The fire happened last night.
We’re told Kingston Council officers have inspected the vehicle, which is situated near Wellington Crescent, and contractors have been instructed to clear it from the road as soon as possible.
The owner of the vehicle will also be contacted.
The vehicle is close to a set of roadworks with listeners reporting increased delays across this morning.
