Tony Campbell repeatedly harassed a neighbour on the Lennox Estate in Roehampton, putting chewing gum in their door and car locks.
Police tested the chewing gum and found it contained Campbell’s DNA, which was later linked to the unsolved rape in Burke Close.
Campbell was jailed for 6 years in 2023, and Wandsworth Council has now evicted him from his council home after securing a possession order.
