Declan Donnelly’s become emotional when sharing a letter he wrote to his younger self.

The TV presenter, who now lives in Chiswick, rose to fame alongside Ant McPartlin in 1989 on the series Byker Grove.

Speaking on their podcast, he said to say “hi to 1994 Ant” and tell him “it will all be ok, even when it feels like it won’t”.
