The service, run by Certitude, supports autistic people and people with learning disabilities across 12 homes in Hounslow.
Inspectors said people felt happy, safe and well supported, with staff helping them make choices and become more independent.
The service was praised for excellent care, community involvement and creative support that helped people build skills and confidence.
