The protest is against a proposal in the local plan that uses Green Belt land in Chessington North and Hook for housing among other uses.
The council states that their approach to the Green Belt land is in line with national and regional policy.
David Phillips talked about his concerns around the proposal and worries that there isn’t enough infrastructure to support it.
