The 25-year-old Jamaica international first returned on loan from Tottenham in March 2025 during their Treble-winning campaign.
She later signed a permanent deal and will now remain at Stamford Bridge through the 2026/27 season.
It marks another chapter in her Chelsea career, having also played for the club between 2016 and 2018.
