Coombe Girls’ turns 70 on July the 2nd and is calling on former students to sign up to attend the event.
Notable alumni include Dame Jacqueline Wilson, author of books including The Story of Tracy Beaker.
Sandy Denny, lead singer of the folk rock band Fairport Convention, also attended Coombe.
