Officers were approached on the Wateredge Estate by a male riding a Sur-Ron bike in a balaclava, who asked if they wanted to buy drugs.
He was swiftly detained, with cannabis seized and the off-road bike also confiscated.
Police said the patrol led to drugs and an illegal bike being taken off the streets.
