The project to transform the vacant Grade II listed site after the department store closed in 2020 has won the London category.
Today, the building is home to a range of businesses including a gym, grocery store and working hub.
The judges described the project as having “thoughtful design reconciling heritage, sustainability and contemporary urban life’.
