The jury in an earlier trial failed to reach a majority verdict following the protests in July 2024.
Phoebe Plummer and Jane Touil have been convicted of criminal damage worth over £5,000.
The Crown alleged that the action caused £8,000 worth of damage and that three of the display screens needed to be replaced.
