Milo Creese from Ottershaw has pleaded not guilty to setting fire to the mast and damaging a window in Chertsey in November.
He also denied arson with intent to endanger life after setting fire to an Indian restaurant last October causing £8,000 of damage.
A judge at the Old Bailey has set a provisional trial date of September the 1st and remanded Creese into custody.
