A second protest is due to take place in Epsom this afternoon, with organisers stressing it will remain peaceful.

It follows a large turnout last Wednesday, when hundreds gathered in the town centre.

The demonstrations stem from claims about a rape reported in the town centre nine days ago, alongside criticism of the police response to it.

Police have since said there is no evidence to support an offence took place as described to officers.
