Fulham Reach Boat Club works with 11 schools, offering weekly sessions and free holiday watersport activities.
Since 2014, more than 10,000 pupils have participated, with many going on to coaching roles or further education.
The club also runs programmes for people with disabilities and in prisons, aiming to make rowing accessible to all.
