The Council has turned all 11 libraries into community hubs, providing support with money, housing, health, and digital skills.
Voluntary groups like Citizens Advice Hounslow are in many libraries, which also host warm spaces and community activities.
Since 2023, the hubs have helped over 10,000 residents.
Residents are encouraged to visit their local hub to access support, learn skills, or join activities.
