Wandsworth Council is asking residents to take part in a survey to help improve dementia awareness and support in the borough.

DAM 2025 asks about people about their experience with the disease.

It takes around 10 minutes to complete.

The council says it will help them identify where more support and information is needed for people affected by dementia.
