Two incidents happened on Pooley Green Road and Alexander Road on Monday, with more in Egham Hythe on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Thieves, reportedly in a dark Audi, drilled through side doors to steal the tools.
Police are urging van owners to secure their valuables, use alarms or cages, and park under CCTV or against walls.
