The 23-year-old was arrested on Thursday after police and a dog found class B drugs and phones near a bicycle by Gibraltar Crescent.
He is suspected of possession with intent to supply and has been released on police bail.
Inspector Tommy Pearson said officers are working to reduce bike and motorcycle-related crime in Epsom and Ewell.
