AFC Wimbledon ended their pre-season preparations with a 1-nil loss at Southend

The newly promoted Wombles begin their League One campaign away to Luton on August 1st.

In other pre-season friendlies Hampton and Richmond Borough lost 2-1 at Real Bedford.

Kingstonian drew 2-all at Eastbourne Borough.

Sutton won 4-2 against Crystal Palace’s under 21’s while Walton and Hersham beat Waltham Abbey 2-0 at the Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub.

Elsewhere Liverpool were beaten 4-2 by AC Milan in Hong Kong.

Tottenham were held to a goalless draw at Luton.

And Queens Park Rangers drew 2-all with Dutch side Heerenveen at Loftus Road.
