Just before 4 o’clock yesterday morning, police were called to the M25 between junctions 10 and 9 to reports of a broken down vehicle.
Officers located the vehicle and found the driver asleep inside.
A breath test revealed he was way over the limit and he was arrested for drink driving and no insurance.
