People across Epsom and Ewell now have until February the 5th to give their views on the council’s revised Local Plan.

The document details house building provision up until 2040.

The process was paused last year following concern about the amount of greenbelt land laid out in it.

But the new Labour Government has told authorities, including Epsom and Ewell, that they must continue with the process.

The revised plan will be submitted to ministers for examination in March.
