Leatherhead won’t be getting a dedicated banking hub following the closure of a number of branches in the area in 2022.

ATM machine provider LINK has recommended a permanent banking hub is set up in Dorking in the coming months.

But it will only provide a notes deposit machine for people in Leatherhead.

Mole Valley District Council says it is looking into the appeal process so that residents of both towns have equal access to their cash.
