28 year old Sam Philips admitted to 38 offences committed between December 2023 and February 2024.
His crimes include over 20 counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, sexual communication and making indecent images of children.
It’s reported that he manipulated these children online, sending them money in exchange for inappropriate images of themselves.
